RETURN INFORMATION POLICIES

Thank you for shopping with Harbor Bee Boutique. We take pride in offering high quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of any approved merchandise within 14 days from possession of your order. After this 14 day period, the items become final sale.

Items must be accompanied with original invoice, in NEW condition, and cannot be worn, washed, or altered. All sale items, gift cards, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, bralettes, and sunglasses are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments will be made for previously purchased items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Harbor Bee Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To start a return, simply email support@harborbeeboutique.com to notify us about the return. Then, ship the item(s) back to us at the address listed below. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees for the item(s) returned to Harbor Bee Boutique. We do not refund shipping fees unless it is an error on our behalf. Please allow up to 14 business days for Harbor Bee Boutique to receive and process your store credit. Harbor Bee Boutique reserves the right to refuse a store credit or exchange based on the condition of the item(s) being returned.

EXCHANGES

We are so sorry that your item(s) didn’t work out! In order to get your correct item(s) and size as quickly as possible, the first step would be to place another order as we tend to sell out fast! Once your new order is placed, send us an email to support@harborbeeboutique.com with the new order number and we'll be happy to refund the shipping charges for the new order. We will process a store credit for the original order once we receive the original item(s) back within 14 business days.
